  1. starting it tomorrow.

    • Alrighty…I’m a girl and I feel so motivated right now to join you guys along with this 30 days of discipline….but then I read it’s only for guys :| Do you think it’s okay if I go along with it anyways?

  2. Here is my testimonial.

It may just be that the purpose of your life is to become a Man. When you meet death or God and you are asked what you did with your short time on Earth, you can say “I became a Man”. When all other males around you gave up their manhood, when your whole society conspired to ruin you, when circumstances worked against you, at least you can firm and say “I became a Man despite it all”.

You’re not a Man because you do what a Man does, but you can’t be a Man without doing what a Man does. The place to start, is 30 days of discipline. I started it over 4 months ago and it has helped me immensely in my entrepreneurial activities, to become more decisive and of course, the foundation of all achievement, it has helped me with my discipline.

      Russ,

I appreciate that very much. I may just use this as the one and only testimonial, I don’t think anyone will be able to compete with that.

  3. Victor,

Since Finding this site and implementing 30 days of discipline along side some some of the principles in books that you have recommended (How to Win Friends and Influence People, 4 Hour Work Week). I have noticed a huge difference and so has my wife and others around me. Keep on putting out these posts. They make a difference and give the much needed kick in the pants

  4. hey
I just bought the 30 days of discipline and I must say I’m impressed, but like you said here its a “30 page PDF” but the one I received was 24-25 pages, have I received the right one?

  5. I started today, but the 100 push ups and sit ups might take me a few days to build up to. Those are a couple exercises I never cared for, and haven’t bothered much with them since I left the Navy.

I’m thinking about making it 35 days to give myself time to build up and get over the soreness that I’m probably going to have tomorrow.

  6. Victor, I just finished the spanish translation of 30 DoD.

    Let’s do this.
    The Translator.

  7. Joey the Bartender says:

Just finished the first 30 days. Great concept!

    My opinions on the program:

Cold Showers: A lot of people knock this, but truthfully when I first heard about this program about a year ago, I started with the cold showers and have been doing them ever since. The result? Have not gotten ONE cold, no sniffles, no sickness WHATSOEVER! I over the winter I barely ran the heat and barely wore a jacket. I swear the cold showers jack up your core body temperature and make you more adept to the cold.

Bodyweight exercises: I’ve always been a fit guy but I used to come up with all kinds of excuses so in a given week I might average 2 or 3 days of good workouts followed by laziness. I wasn’t able to make it to the 100/100/100 each day but decided that I would simply add 1 rep each day to the workout. I figured the main idea was to have a goal and stick to it. So I did. I also added in Pull-ups and handstand-pushups as well. I’ll admit when I started, I sucked but I stuck with it and was able to finally crack out, 200 squats, 75 push-ups, 30 pull-ups, 30 Handstand Push-ups and 60 GHD sit-ups. Also added running to the mix and coupled with the Steak and Egg Diet, have dropped 30lbs and look more jacked than I was when I was boxing.

No Porn/Mastrubation -Never really had a problem with this but after 30 days of abstinence, coupled with the cold showers, the workouts and the diet, I have seen a HUGE DIFFERENCE in my focus, stamina and resolve. This is no joke.

Waking up early-Being a bartender this was pretty difficult and this was the only thing I just couldn’t get going. Next month though…

Dress to kill- With my new bod, I don’t leave the house without looking solid. Slack, boots and clean pressed shirt. People seriously get out of your way when your dressed to kick ass. Sure at first it was easy to leave the house in a t-shirt and shorts but the hard truth is, people do not take you seriously when you look terrible.

No snacking- This wasn’t really a problem since I mainly follow the Warrior Diet. I swear, The Warrior diet with the steak and eggs is seriously the king of all ways to eat. Never took one stimulant but sliced off 30lbs in 30 days.

Notebook and pen- Was already doing this but having to do this just strengthened the idea of it.

Specific goal- Best idea EVER! For the longest time I was beating around the bush, putting off what had to be done. Now, 30 days later I filed for an LLC, bought the domain, began designing the website, and am on a solid path to getting my company started.

To do list- Again, another great idea. The habit of writing what you have to do down makes you get shit done.

Yes/No- Never had a problem with this but always having it on your mind makes you seriously more productive and avoids being harassed by clowns who steal your time with bullshit.

Solid Posture- Great idea, really improves your mood too.

    My verdict?

Get the damn book! You will not recognize the person you were 30 days ago when you finish it.

    Peace.

  8. Hey Victor,

Just bought this ebook and I’m excited to get started on it right away.
The 5am wake-ups seems pretty crazy but awesome. It’s the kind of discipline I need right now.
The only possible issue I’m seeing with this for me (and I hate to make this as an excuse) but I am a third year college student and I go to a lot of late night parties and shit. I don’t really want to cut the parties and bars out of my life, because this is how I get laid regularly. But since bar time in my college town is like 12-4am, I don’t know how to wake up at 5am without dying. I party like this usually 3 nights a week, give or take a night.

I want to unleash the alpha male within me, but getting laid (via these parties and late night bar activity) is part of that for me.. Do you have any recommendations regarding this?

    • I personally got tired of doing that. I could get laid without the late night parties.

I think you’ll be better off if you skip your partying, honestly. Tone it down to once a week, or less.
