In the last episode we discussed the reality of karma, why modern art is so ugly, how to poo-poo better, and how to deal with haters.

In this episode we discuss:

  • The key to happiness
  • The increasing insanity in America
  • Smartphone and internet addiction
  • CBD Oil
  • Biohacking
  • The 7 deadly sins
  • How to get smarter

And so much more…

Floriao asks… (4:00)

What's they key to happiness?

Nikhil asks… (8:25)

When’s Red-PCT coming back? Waiting on Red Growth for it.

Michael asks… (9:03)

I’m 206lb, 30% Body Fat. Should I use Red Growth while I lose weight?

MoneyStudy asks… (9:56)

Hi Victor, when you came back to America did you notice an absence of normal people? 10 years ago it felt like a different universe compared to now. The lunatics, the freaks, and the weirdos have taken over.

Levi asks… (15:46)

I know conspiracies and theories are time wasting, but what can we do about the general western trend? (Leftism, Etc.) Should we be learning to hunt, survive, possibly prepping supplies and canned goods? Should we accept that globalism is inevitable?

Joseph asks… (20:42)

What are your views on biohacking?

“Biohacking is the process of making changes to your lifestyle in order to “hack” your body’s biology and feel your best.” (source)

Jon Skywalker asks… (20:21)

A question I have had as of late is regarding CBD oil, also known as Cannabinoid Oil. What are your thoughts on this supplement/medicine? Is it all it’s hyped up to be? Or is it just like every other drug we’ve discussed on the B&D; Podcast?

Bill asks… (23:47)

You mentioned the 7 deadly sins. Pride is one of them. What is your view on this as having pride and ego seems to be a positive thing, as often mentioned in bold and determined? Other than that what is your views on each of the 7 sins?

  • 7 deadly sins: Lust - Gluttony - Greed - Sloth - Wrath - Envy - Pride
  • 7 Christian virtues: Chastity - Temperance - Charity/Generosity - Diligence - Patience - Gratitude - Humility

The rules you live by were given to you by people who do not follow those rules. Why? Because they don't want competition.

For thousands of years the priesthood has been confronting a simple problem which they cannot solve.

They see criminals, sinners becoming successful, rich.

They see simple people, innocent people being crushed, exploited, oppressed, and still religion goes on saying, “Be simple, be innocent.”

Then the question arises: if innocence and simplicity are never rewarded, only corruption, cruelty, violence are rewarded, then why be simple?” - Osho

Here are the REAL 7 deadly sins, the 7 deadly sins of business:

  1. Laziness
  2. Dishonesty
  3. Timidity
  4. Ignorance
  5. Procrastination
  6. Entitlement
  7. Arrogance

See: How It Pays To Be Bad

Chez asks… (27:15)

Hey vic, Who do you think are the greatest poets of our time and why?

Bob asks… (28:10)

What’s your opinion on internet and smartphone addiction? I find that I am becoming more addicted to information, YouTube videos, and constant reading and scrolling. I feel as if this is frying my brain and dopamine. I cannot be alone and feel content and happy just being in nature.

Meeko asks… (32:38)

Do you believe a person's intelligence can be improved the same way that their financial situation can? If someone wanted to become the richest and cleverest person in the whole world, is that a reasonable ambition?

Graham asks… (35:18)

How to stop protein farts? I eat low processed foods only but I seem to always be ripping ass in the gym. Kind of helps cause no one bothers me when I’m lifting that way but nonetheless I’m interested in stopping it. Is it as simple as eating slower and chewing food more?

Andrew L. asks… (37:22)

Do you think that it’s ok to start a business on a platform such as Etsy, Amazon, etc. while it does violate CENTS from the millionaire fastlane initially, as a business starting out, you get more sales and traffic from the get go. I sell on etsy and make a living from Amazon, but I do have worries when I get an email about issues with my account. At the same time, building an audience and sales channel will take a long time and will never match these channels. It’s a deal with the devil but it’s also allowing me immediate freedom within a year.

Bogdan asks… (39:07)

Hi Victor, I want to start a blog under my own name and start creating content. My only issue is that I have several divergent topics I want to write about. Everything ranging from self development to drawing and creativity. I am afraid that the site will be too scattered in content, leaving the audience with a mixed message or signal. What are your thoughts on this? Cheers.

Ian asks… (39:57)

What are your thoughts on showers and baths? When taking a shower, should you use only cold water all year? Is lounging in the bath like Winston Churchill alright for one’s mental well being and physical, or do these hurt one, physically or not?

Alec asks… (42:40)

Do you season your meat with anything when you sear it?

Prince Angel asks… (43:07)

Do you recommend buying online courses or is there a better way to learn and gain a skill? I have always wanted to learn copywriting as a professional skill but I have been reluctant to buy expert copywriting courses.

(44:12) What’s your advice about doing doing freelancing work on upwork for a young man? I know about Damian and fiverr. But would you personally do it or not?

Marquise asks… (45:05)

What’s your opinion on Colloidal/Liquid Silver and Turpentine as an health alternative. Big pharma says it’s bad but the little guys says it’s good. I’d like to hear your opinion on it since I take your word to a higher regard.

Michael asks… (46:16)

What is your favorite memory as a child? I feel that during our childhoods our third eyes were open more and we were much more in the present moment. I am doing my best to get back to that state and curious on your thoughts on it.

Bart asks… (47:00)

After I read your posts about never masturbate again and why you should quit viewing porn, I’m motivated and I stop. But after about a week, the thoughts hit me like a flood. The images in my mind start tempting me and I find myself going back to both. My question is — it sounds like you’ve really kicked the habit for good. But for us who still struggle with the thoughts and temptations of the mind, what do you do when those thoughts start filling your head, especially in the morning and late at night? What’s the remedy for this?

Taehun asks… (48:04)

When do you read? Do you read in the morning? Or do you read before bedtime? Or do you set aside certain amount of time of day and read? I’ve got lots of interesting books to read(including Shadow Men on the list) but my day ends up not reading them. I wanna know your typical reading habit.

Anthony asks… (49:24)

In the karma episode you mentioned something along the lines of western women are only good for two things, Pumping and dumping. I would like to hear more into the “why” you think there only good for sex. And how you deal with them I ask because a lot of us are struggling with our addiction to them.

Colton asks… (51:22)

I’m still living at home with my parents though and it’s time to get out of here ASAP and be more independent. What would you recommend to someone in my position? I’ve heard you recommend freelancing but that’s essentially what I’m already working on with the fitness business and it does not seem wise to try building two businesses at the same time.

Luke asks… (52:41)

Vic, you said that circumcision can cause psychological damage that the person doesn’t remember. Do you think this is the reason so many men struggle with premature ejaculation, depression, and other so called mental problems?

Wolf asks… (54:02)

Hey Vic, what advice can you give a man who has a great vision for the future and a clear picture about himself in a few years but he doesn't know which path I should follow.

JP asks… (55:26)

1) How would you deal with controlling parents? How would you deal with them if they are controlling – like watching what you do and how you spend – and it seems it will take a while before you can be independent to them (specifically, financially)?

2) How would you pick yourself up if you are depressed (assumed, not clinical), have no job, no college degree (yet), and no savings, and have controlling parents whom you financially dependent to? I must also note that I’m from the Philippines… which is a developing country, unlike yours in the US.

Gerasimos asks… (56:26)

I went out with a girl I met on a bus and had plenty of fun talking with her. The problem is I didn’t manage to get flirty with her, I pussied out. How do I not pussy out on the next date?

Brad asks… (56:40)

Do you have a particular place or website that you buy raw milk from? It is illegal in my state for some reason.

  • RealMilk.com

EA asks… (57:06)

Question: best way, and tips on how to be consistent?

Steven asks… (57:46)

What is your view on male pattern baldness in men? Do you think it’s hereditary or simply genetics?

Martin asks… (58:18)

I listened to your talk about giving up the coffee, to remove the anger and anxiety in my life. I immediately find that this works. However, I’m having a difficult time avoiding it on a daily basis. Any tips I can do to make it a permanent change ?

Bill asks… (59:23)

How can someone save $100,000?

(59:48) Best herbs/teas for staying calm?

Otavio asks… (1:00:43)

How many posts had you published before you started noticing a steady stream of visitors on B&D;?

(1:01:10) Do you believe some people might be more inclined to feel better eating vegetables as you do eating meat? I have a theory that we might be conditioned in some way, genetically or not, to be able to eat vegetables and meat in various degrees.

Levi asks… (1:02:28)

In the future at B&D; or in the Podcasts I’d love to see some further discussion on online + offline privacy. I remember an article some time ago that had some decent tips. I am huge privacy geek who takes this stuff to an extreme level, but I’d like normal guys to have some tips that would help them possibly be more free in 10 years from now. Nobody knows how this surveillance will effect us, I am imagining a China social score system, etc.

Harry asks… (1:05:25)

What would happen if I were to watch pornography occasionally, such as once per month. Would this have a negative affect on dopamine and sexual energy?

Stan asks… (1:06:32)

What are your views on Jack Donovan, and his book “the way of men”?

(1:07:22) What are your views on Dr Shawn Baker. He is a big proponent of the carnivore diet. His testosterone tested at 227ng/dl but he’s 6ft5 240lbs Of solid muscle?

Steve asks… (1:08:41)

What is it like for someone who is always on the move to new cities? Can you describe in detail what that lifestyle is like?

Alex asks… (1:09:25)

Should blog articles that were written over 3 years ago and don’t get any traffic be deleted from your blog?

Dr. Ron asks… (1:09:41)

What is your opinion of a single man going to an Asian Massage parlor and getting a happy ending. How does this fit into your conversations about masturbation vs. sex with a woman. Is it the former or latter in your view?

Jack freeman asks… (1:10:22)

Do you think podcasts are more popular than reading blogs?

Gal Hadad… (1:11:38)

What are your thoughts on Mouthwash/toothpaste? I read that they kill the bad bacteria along with the good bacteria, affecting the production of Nitric Oxide in our body and blood flow decreases as a result. Is this a reason to stop using them? Do you have a better alternative?

Romeo asks… (1:12:16)

Also, this ties into this topic but could you speak to the culture here in America (Especially cities) where most folks are living paycheck to paycheck in order to finance an external facade driven by materialism. What does this behavior mean for the economy? What does this behavior mean for the individuals consumed by it? Has social media catalyzed this?

Jason asks… (1:14:26)

What does your morning/daily routine consist of? Also what do you do to stay clean and well groomed? Do you recommend any natural grooming products such as soap, shaving cream, shampoo and cologne?

Sebas asks… (1:15:04)

Hi, Vic. I work from home, but some days I get really bored. What can I do?

D/C Russ… (1:15:51)

What are your biggest takeaways from lost texts such as the Gospel of Thomas?

Topic for the next episode…

What were spiritual leaders like Jesus actually trying to teach?

That's it friends.

Until next time.

Your man,

    Good podcast!

I liked your thoughts about not reading in the morning when you have the top mental clarity.

I’m waiting for the discipline challenge you are mentioning in this podcast. I hope it will be a high-quality challenge. Smart, simple, action-specific and well-organized from point A to point B to point C, etc, that will produce results in the end…..Not something ridiculously pretentious and twiddly that will demotivate the people.

Greetings, Victor! Still enjoying the podcast. Still greatful for it.

Question: you’ve surely notice that most western men…well…lets just say that we lack survival skills. It seems we assume everything will always be ok and if something ever goes wrong (like a natural disaster, foreign invation, or a collapse of society) then someone will come to our rescue.

What do you make of this? Should we all be learning and preparing…getting some skills? Or have an exit plan? Its quite time consuming. What plan do you have for yourself?

    Cheers

Just going to leave a few privacy tips here.

    1. Only install apps you need. Strictly monitor the permission each one has, under settings. The “Notes” app does not need access to your camera or microphone. Delete all social media that you don’t make money from. The Facebook app has been shown to listen in on your conversations for ad purposes.

    2. Cash everywhere. Buy your phone in cash, buy the plan with prepaid cards, from random stores, with cash. Don’t use your real name when signing up either.

    3. Use a privacy friendly email service, like ProtonMail. Avoid Google services, phones and gmail like the plague. Gmail actively scans all your emails for “marketing” purposes.

    4. Purchase a VPN, preferably one outside of the 5, 9 and 14 eyes jurisdiction. You can find good reviews on reddit. Purchase the VPN with Bitcoins or Cash. A few providers allow cash to be mailed in.

    5. Finally, a service like Abine Blur, for iPhone or Desktop is very useful. You can create masked phone numbers, emails, and temporary credit cards for online purchases.

All of these steps complete, you will be better than 99% of the cattle people.

The internet has allowed me success, but it’s also the reason I struggle productively. It is the greatest weapon but you have to be so careful with it.

It starts with thinking “I need to check an email, I need to contact my editor or cover designer, I need to watch a video on marketing or learn a new skill….”

Then it goes from “productive procrastination” based around specific business related things to feeling like I want a break from work and I go on youtube, reddit, read about bodybuilding or entrepreneurship… it “feels” like I’m getting something done or some value from it but the truth is that it took me away from the work.

There’s only one way for me to beat my internet addiction. I have to turn off my wifi or use an internet blocker that doesn’t let me use the internet until the afternoon, after I’ve done all my work for the day (I wake up early to work) and my workout.

I struggle a lot with the internet and I’d like to hear other peoples tips as well. I did think of a new thing I could try.

    1. Reinstall the wifi blocker
    2. Use wifi as a reward - if I hit x amount of work in the day, I “unlock” thirty minutes or an hour of wifi
    3. Wifi at a set time every day - no matter what happens during the day (productive or not) I get 30 minutes of wifi at a set time (not close to bedtime).

I think I’m going to do option 3. While an internet blocker has worked in the past, it makes me feel weak. Also if I only have 30 minutes to spend on the internet I will use the time more productively. I will have control over my internet use and this will give me great mental benefits.

This will be my commitment for November. At 12:30 every day I can use the wifi for only 30 minutes. For the rest of the day, my computer is on airplane mode.

On the weekends I will use the wifi as much as I want after 12:30 and get all my work that requires the internet done.

I have and I will tell you what the key to happiness is and why it is vital.

Think of happiness as a key-ring and each accompanying key on that key ring as a component of happiness itself.

Think of each key on your key-ring transmitting a certain amount of happiness in your life.

Now with this analogy in mind, ask yourself, what is the master-key to happiness? There is no one key that will bring you complete happiness or joy, but this one key can unlock all the doors and make any and all thing possible.

    The master-key is called FREEDOM

freedom like a master-key unlocks any door you want it to. Can you guess what is the most important door that freedom unlocks? It unlocks YOURSELF, it unleashes and sets free the true you.

Here is how google defines freedom – Freedom: “the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.”

This is how I define freedom – Living life 100% the way YOU want to live it, being your 100% authentic self without hindrance or restraint.

    Another great podcast.

Thank you for your replies. I find your view on our digestion to be fair and sensible. I have been eating more meat and less of everything else as much as I can lately, and the results are positive. I definitely feel hungry less often.
I have a particular problem finding quality meat around here though. But I’m going to change that.

I’m glad Steven asked about balding. That’s something I was thinking about asking you for the next episode.

Curious what you mentioned about enjoying background noise. I also work from my home, but what I dislike the most IS the noise. I get to the point of using sound dampeners (white noise on the PC) just so I can focus. Must be the difference between some noise and a lot of noise.

Looking forward to the 5-star Friday. I hope you’ll have another recipe to share.

Looking forward to the 7 deadly sins of business article! Interestingly enough the 7 that you mentioned are also frowned upon in the Bible. The traditional 7 deadly sins are actually not called that in the Christian bible, that’s more of a Catholic tradition. Though they’re all sins they aren’t any deadlier than the others. Also looking forward to the 30 day challenge. Good stuff!

I’ve been eating this way for 8 months and it changed my life and views on what should even be considered “food”. My question is about muscle building on this diet. I am tall fit and lean but I don’t have the muscle mass of a weightlifter. I used to be big but lost most of my muscle after a surgery kept me out of the gym for a couple of years. Is it possible on this diet to build the same amount of muscle I would on a carb heavy diet? Thanks keep up the good work.

Also Vic I do have a very interesting question for you.

As a traditional white man I am sick and tired of living in the political correct leftist country of the Netherlands. I really feel betrayed by the modern exploiters - I mean politicians that manage my country. I am getting really sick of seeing the Islamization of my country progress while nearly all of my family and friends are in such denial and feel they should be ‘tolerant’.

Therefore I am thinking of moving to a country in the Western World that still holds strong traditional values. I am very motivated to move to the Southern USA, where a lot of Trump supporters and no political correctness lives. I’d love it to be a countryside area. Do you know any of such areas in the USA or in the world.

Imagine your ancestors left the Netherlands during the many wars. You wouldn´t exist. I am sure your ancestors fought for your beautiful country which was one a giant trade empire with lots of colonies. I´m from wonderful Germania and I know how bad you feel. It isn´t better here. But there is one thing I learned. You have to stand strong and firm in this war. You have to protect your own people! When you go they are helpless. Invaders come and destroy your family, your roots.
There is one thing which motivates me very much. We, the normal, traditional, white, strong men are a virus in a sick system. And a virus can destroy an organism only when it is inside the organism. A cancer is inside of your body and kills you from inside. Imagine that we are the cancer which destroys this political correct order. Going to another country is never an option. You would do the same thing like those cowards who come to Europe.

    Hi Victor,

Been following Bold and Determined for quite a while and you’ve had a huge influence on my life. Started reading at 20, now 25.

    Two Questions:

    1. Did you initially hire a web designer to make B&D, or did you figure everything out yourself?

    2. You mentioned we are living in a virtual reality thanks to smartphones. I’m currently doing freelance work as a content creator for a cryptocurrency startup. Their ICO (Initial coin offering) project is to have the entire world living in a virtual reality simulation one day, saving resources and making people digitally immortal. Millions of dollars have been invested and the more I learn, the more I realize that the masses could actually be heading towards such an existence.

What are your thoughts on this?

Loved hearing about your morning routine. Water, stretching, going to a coffee shop to work. Reading in the afternoon.

My question, when do you go to the gym and workout? And how many days a week do you go to the gym in this present season of your life?

(Also, if you don’t do it in the morning when you have energy, how do you get the energy to do it later?)
    Thanks.

Hey Vic, this note is for you personally. I’m impressed with your mental acumen and thirst for knowledge and truth. Many of your conclusions are right on target, but more than that, you have great instincts.

Your understanding that ghosts are real, but that they create havoc is accurate. This is because so-called “ghosts” are really demonic spirits.

The best book on this subject, which I’d recommend to you, is a book called THE UNSEEN REALSM by Dr. Michael Hesier, who is a renowned scholar.

Second, you are right that the Christian religion has a history of oppression and control, and in many of its present forms, it still does today.

However, the Christian faith in its purest form, namely, the teachings and life of Jesus of Nazareth is completely liberating and offers abundant life, power, truth, and joy. In fact, much of what Jesus taught comports with your own views and convictions on many topics.

I’d, therefore, encourage you to relook at Jesus’s life and teachings through the work of the man who many regard to be the greatest living biblical scholar in the world — N.T. Wright.

Wright has been called the modern C.S. Lewis.

C.S. Lewis, as I’m sure you know, was an atheist at Oxford University who became a great Christian apologist (advocate) using incisive logic to show that what Jesus taught and how he lived is the key to the “good life” and being a “good person” in this world – which most people are looking to have and be.

Lewis also put his insights about Christ into compelling stories (The Chronicles of Narnia, for example, which is incredibly powerful.)

What’s interesting about Jesus is that all religions point to him in some positive way. Some religions say he was a great prophet. Others say he was a great teacher. Others say he was a great mystic. So all religions point to him positively in some fashion.

But when one looks at what Jesus said about himself, he exclusively points to himself as the way, the truth, and the life, and the one who gives abundant life.

This fact speaks volumes. It, to me, attests to the fact that Jesus is who he said he is.

Lewis argued that Jesus could only be a liar, a lunatic, or lord (as he claimed). The evidence points that he was lord and the evidence for his resurrection is overwhelming (N.T. Wright has all but proven it).

The book I’d recommend by N.T. Wright about Jesus and his teachings is called SIMPLY CHRISTIAN, which is a fresh perspective that makes so much sense.

So THE UNSEEN REALM by Michael Heiser.

And SIMPLY CHRISTIAN by N.T. Wright. They are both on Amazon.

Many people have had life changing experiences from these two books. I hope the same for you as you read them and reflect on their content.

You have my email now so feel free to dialogue about any of this if you wish.

There is no question here. Just a personal note to you.

    Thanks Victor!

    Vince

      Yes!

True christianity is not about becoming a slave to man, but finding freedom in Christ. And in that real freedom we are capable of great things, things that we could never achieve without his greatness living within us.

    Hey Vic

Given the recent events of the me too movement and misandry that the media and many American women have towards men, I have come to the conclusion that it is dangerous to get involved with American women in any way. If you do something she doesn’t like, say the wrong thing, or if she has a boyfriend and gets caught, you could very well end up with a false rape accusation, have your reputation destroyed, or do jail time. I’m aware that this can happen in other places but in America it seems to be a part of the culture. Because of this I have went full Mgtow on American women and won’t have anything to do with them. Are my fears justified? Am I overreacting?

Perhaps because something as fundamental as sexual preference has an enormous effect on the whole personality and behaviour of an individual.

With elevated time-preferences they have less of a stake in the long-term well-being of their society.

Even if they are fully accepted by the culture, the fact that most people are not and will never be homosexual will cause them to feel a certain alienation from the society they grew up in, making them an ever-present potential fifth column for treachery or just destabilisation, a weak link for outside enemies to exploit and manipulate.

if someone is on TRT, wouldn’t keto and other low carb style diets be less ideal? The carb nutrient partitioning is better when having high T levels and fat is no longer needed in higher amounts for the hormonal benefits since they are recieving their hormones exogenously…would this warrant a higher carb and lower fat intake?

i enjoy eating manly carnivore like foods (fatty meats, fats, etc) but would think its less optimal/needed if I am already getting my t-levels synthetically and not from food.

    Hey Vic,

What are your thoughts on individualism and collectivism?

On one hand, rugged individualism is necessary to be a winner and rise over the herd. On the other hand, if one ignores the state of the society he lives in, that society may go to shit, as the West has.

What I’ve noticed is that successful people put their own selfish (individualistic) interests first and will join groups, or collectives, as a means to further their own selfish interests. So in a sense, even when operating within a collectivist framework, they still have an individualistic spirit and a ‘me first’ attitude.

Also, in a previous podcast you stated socialism (an economic system which benefits the collective/herd) and capitalism (a system which benefits the individual), just like any other ‘ism’, is a means of control. It would seem like the ambitious entrepreneur (such as yourself) would prefer a capitalist system as it would allow his rise to the top to be uninhibited by state intervention on the behalf of the collective. Even though both ‘isms’ are meant to control, don’t you at least prefer capitalism to socialism? Or is there another economic theory out there that you prefer?

Thank you for your time, good sir.

You can find sticker with stone on it.

    Hi Victor,

You have mentioned in a previous post about what the Japanese call “Sanpaku eyes”, and I have noticed that the whites of my eyes are visible slightly below my iris. Apparently this means that I am a danger to myself (though not to others). Based on my past actions, I’d say that is about accurate, and I have had problems with addictions.

What if anything can I do about this? Deliberately narrowing my eyes is at best a temporary measure and doesn’t address the underlying issue. I hate the fatalistic way my eyes seemingly foretell my destiny, as if I was just a throwaway character in a story set up to fail, rather than being the author of my own destiny.

    Sincerely,
    Christopher.

Hey Vic have you ever looked into the works such as Chad Howse’s man diet or Christopher Walker’s testshock and thermo programs for boosting testosterone levels naturally? Im sure they still do not compare to injecting testosterone but may be worth looking into while you’re trying to get your test levels as high as possible naturally.

Also do you still train your posterior chain as often as you did to keep lower back pain away or do you simply do maintenance work on your gym days? I’ve been writing a lot more and sitting in front of the computer has not treated my lower back too well. Any additional tips for days where you’re working a long time? Chair/desk recommendations, etc.

    Hi Vic,

I am 21 years old and looking to take Red Growth now that Red PCT 2.0 is available. I am currently in very good shape but I would like to take it to the next level. Are there any long term risks associated with Red Growth for someone my age? I also have been doing steak & eggs for 5 days per week and carbs the other 2 days. On red growth should I stick with this diet? Or would no carb be better on the cycle. By the way I love the new B&D podcast. I look forward to listening every week.

    • AvatarVictor Pride says

      October 29, 2018 at 1:13 pm

There should be no long term risks for doing a cycle of Red Growth at this age. Especially if you use Red-PCT 2.0 after finishing Red Growth. As a first time user of any anabolic supplement, you should follow the “beginner’s protocol” that we outline on the site.

Beginner Example: Week 1: One capsule per day || Week 2: Two capsules per day || Week 3: Three capsules per day || Week 4: Three capsules per day

Your diet seems good for Red Growth & gaining muscle. You’re eating the right stuff, you just needs to make sure you’re eating a lot of it. Carbs are fine if you’re most concerned with gaining weight/muscle as fast as possible.
