You'd like to have a handsome face but you just don't know where to start, right? Friend, I have good news.
You may very well be a handsome stud right now and you didn't even know it. Let me explain…
Handsome men all have one thing in common. No, it isn't a big wallet or big height or anything else.
Handsome men ALL have this one thing in common and it's something every man has control of.
What is it?
A LEAN FACE.
Handsome men always have lean, defined faces that show off their masculinity.
I'm going to show you exactly how to get a lean face, but before we get started let's talk about what having a lean face can do for you…
The facial features that women find attractive and that men find intimidating — a chiseled jawline and defined cheek bones for example — can only be seen when a man's face is lean.

Before and After: Fat Face Vs. Skinny Face With Chiseled Jawline and Defined Cheek Bones
If you aren't lean, you're actually hiding the most attractive features of your face because fat rounds out the facial features and smoothes out any definition.
The average male face is covered in fat. Fat is estrogenic, unattractive and it hides the masculine characteristics that make a man handsome.
So why did I say you might potentially be a handsome stud and not even know it? If your face isn't lean you may not even know what your face truly looks like.
Fat completely hides your masculine characteristics, but there is actually one great thing about fat.
Do you know what the great thing about fat is? Fat can go away and when it goes away, guess what happens…
When the fat comes off of your face, the masculine features come in and make you look…
H A N D S O M E

Before and After: Fat, Puffy Face Vs Skinny Face And Chiseled Jawline
The guy on the left has a fat, puffy and bloated face which is unattractive. The guy on the right has a lean, skinny face with a chiseled jawline and is handsome enough to be in an underwear advertisement.
Both photographs are of the same man, me, and I went from chunk to hunk with no surgery, no make-up, no nothing.
I'm still the same person, the only thing that changed was my fat levels - specifically my face fat levels. The fat levels went down and the handsome levels went up.
When the fat that was covering my face went away, it brought out the facial characteristics that make panties wet.
3 Steps To A Chiseled Jawline
Below, you're going to learn exactly what to eat, exactly what to to drink and exactly which supplement to take to get LEAN and reveal the true you. Let's get started…
#1 - This is the only way you will ever get a lean face
There's only one way to get your face lean and it's not by going on a face diet, chewing a lot of gum or by doing facial flexes (some people actually do that).
The only way to lose fat on your face and get a chiseled jawline is to lose fat everywhere. You cannot only lose face fat because body fat is distributed evenly around your body and spot reduction is impossible.
So what do you have to do to lose weight in your face? You have to diet. Diet is the #1 key to a lean face and lean body. Diet is way more important than training when it comes to getting lean.
The reason why so many people go to the gym and never get chiseled is because they don't eat right. People get addicted to the gym all the time, they spend 2 hours per day in the gym…. and they're still chunky! You can do as many crunches as you want, but you'll never have abs unless your diet is in check.
Nothing wrong if you want to carry extra fat, I don't care, but if you want REAL RESULTS it comes from strict dieting.
Most people are not lean because strict dieting is very hard to do, unless you know the secret of the pros which I will show you in a moment. But first, let's figure out if you are too fat or just bloated…
What if you aren't actually fat, do you still need to diet?
You may even have a low body fat percentage, but if you are severely bloated it will cause your facial features to be hidden.
Known in the medical world as puffy face syndrome, a bloated face obscures an otherwise handsome face. See proof:

Before and After: Normal Slim Face vs Bloated Puffy Face
Even if you aren't fat by societal standards your face may be too bloated to be handsome. In the left photograph I'm not incredibly lean but I'm not bloated. In the right photograph I'm terribly bloated and you can tell a big difference.
Even if you don't get down to zero percent bodyfat, you can still make a huge difference in handsome levels if you get rid of excess bloat.
If you can't see your facial features, you're either too fat or you're too bloated. This diet will take care of both fat levels and bloat levels and will maximize how chiseled your jaw and face can get…
#2 - The Best Fat Loss Diet For A Lean Face: The low carb, low sodium, high protein diet
Carbohydrates and sodium soak up water like a sponge. Any diet high in sodium and carbs will cause you to be more bloated than a low/zero carb diet with minimal sodium would.
Dropping your carbohydrate intake to zero will cause your body to shed off several pounds of water in just a few days and you will already notice a visible difference in leanness after that.
Carbohydrates also cause blood sugar to spike, which spikes your insulin levels. Spiked insulin levels cause your body to essentially put a complete halt on fat burning while your insulin levels are elevated.
To prevent insulin spikes during your day you need to eat a low amount of carbs (or none at all). The less time your insulin is elevated, the better your fat burning results will be.
To stave off muscle catabolism that will occur in a calorie deficit you need to keep your protein intake high. 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, per day, is ideal for this diet.
What exactly should you eat? Friend the low/no carb diet could take an entire article to cover properly. In fact, it did take another article and here it is: The Zero Carbohydrate Diet (for Insane Fat Loss)
The entire dieting plan is laid out in that article. Read through that article like a bible and follow the exact diet laid out in that article. When you get comfortable with the diet you can start to switch out foods and ingredients to your liking.
Now let's talk about the next most important step in getting lean…
#3 - For a lean face, drink more water
If you want to look like a granite statue then drinking enough water is crucial. Water is free unless you drink evian like I do so there's no excuse to not drink enough of it.
Why should you drink more water?
When you don't drink enough water, your body will naturally start retaining water and bloating itself to prevent dehydration. To offset this, you need to increase the amount of water you drink.
When your water intake is increased to a gallon or more per day, you will notice your body is peeing a lot more than usual (obviously).
Your body isn't just expelling the water you’re drinking, it is also expelling the subcutaneous water it is retaining.
When your body recognizes that you are giving it a lot of water, it no longer has to retain water to maintain hydration.
When you drink enough water, your body will freely pee-pee out all of that water retention and bloat you were holding, making you look even leaner.
Yes, you can pee-pee the bloat away… to a point. At that point you will want to put your fat loss into overdrive by using the 2 supplements….
The #1 Supplement You Need For A Chiseled Jawline
For a lean face there is one supplement you need to use while dieting and there is one supplement you may want to use at the end of your diet.
While dieting you definitely want to use a fat burner. You never want to waste precious time during a diet by not burning as much fat as you can.
The only people who need to diet “naturally” are obese people because they will be able to lose an enormous amount of fat naturally.
Athletic people who spend time in the gym have a harder time losing fat and need to really hit the fat-burning hard. There is no reason to suffer through a diet UNLESS you get the results you are after and, as you will learn, no one gets the results they want without using a fat burner.
A fat burner burns extra fat by improves your body’s nutrient partitioning abilities which is a fancy way of saying it burns extra fat.
A fat burner definitely burns extra fat, but there is one more important reason to use a fat burner which you can read about in an article coming to B&D; very, very soon.
What fat burner should you use? There are many illegal fat burners that work very well and many legal fat burners that don't work at all. Here's the one that is both legal and effective…
The Holy Grail Of Legal Fat Burners And The #1 Supplement For Facial Aesthetics Is…

Red Burner: The Best Legal And Effective Fat Burner On The Market
RED BURNER
RED BURNER is a natural fat burner that actually works by enhancing fat oxidation during exercise. Below you can read the fancy reasons why Red Burner burns more fat and gives you extra energy…
Red Burner works by improves your body’s nutrient partitioning abilities, increases how many calories your body burns, and greatly enhances your energy levels (which will give you better workouts in the gym).
- The caffeine in Red-Burner specifically stimulates the nervous system and increases epinephrine levels in the body which signals the body to break down fat.
- The green tea and T2 increase resting energy expenditure (or the amount of calories you burn at rest) for several hours post ingestion.
- With Red Burner you can shed a huge amount of unwanted fat and greatly improve your body composition.
How to take Red Burner: I like to take 2 in the morning with my coffee and 1-2 in the afternoon. Don't take more than 4 in one day.
Optional Supplement to make your face look lean, skinny and defined
Friends, at the end of your dieting phase I would also recommend you use Dandelion Root. Dandelion Root is a natural diuretic that will pull all the extra water from your face, making you look much leaner and more defined. Dandelion root gives you temporary results only, but the resutls can be very good.
Follow the directions on the bottle of Dandelion Root and remember these 2 rules:
- Do not take too much dandelion root
- Be sure to drink PLENTY of water when you use Dandelion Root
If you do not drink enough water and if you take too much dandelion root you can become severely dehydrated. So be safe and drink enough water and use only the recommended amount of Dandelion Root.
What's the best dandelion root brand? Nature's Way makes a good Dandelion Root. I've used it before and it works very, very well. I would recommend you take 3 caps per day only. If 3 isn't enough, then you could increase to 4-5 caps per day. Be sure to drink enough water!

“Chunk to Hunk” - love it. You’re one-liners are great.
I would have to agree with you here. The only way to have a lean face is to BE LEAN.
I’ll have to look into Red Burner. Could be the edge I’m looking for.
Thanks for another excellent post, Vic. Looking forward to the next.
Hoz
Thanks Hoz
the only way to be lean forever is to take drugs like heroine cocaine etc
I find this jaw & overall body trimming super effective when I cut out carbs, and intermittent fast. Obviously you know this, and have you ever heard of macro-typing?
I’ve done lots of research on my ancestors and also I listen to my body in the most sensible way… I’ve found I really do well with extremely high fat and moderate/high protein intakes. This is what I’ve evolved to do well with, and I don’t handle high carbs well, especially starches.
Overall, rice and potatoes have tons of sugar anyway, so when you avoid them you’re high-energy and crystal clear throughout the day to grind. Plus our fruits are just fructose packed candies disguised as healthy nowadays, and in hunter-gatherer days bananas basically tasted like potatoes.
Of course, in Asia they can tolerate high carb better but most of them have adapted to that over hundreds of generations, and also eat ~1200 calories a day…
Thanks for the advice my man
- Evan
Good comments and I agree expect for the 1200 calorie thing. They’d die pretty fast if they ate that amount of calories. Here’s a list of calories by country, Oriental Asians are at about 2,000-3,000 per day. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_food_energy_intake
The 1200 thingy is true. I never saw anyone in my country (That I know of) goes over 1500 cals unless it’s an occasion, most live on 500-1000 calories a day most of which are simple carbs, the poor suffers the most, you can get an idea.
Hard to believe how many people just don’t get it, anger/nausea/dizziness/mental fog, I blame food right next to low testosterone for men, and food only for women.
Damn it’s amazing the difference the jaw line makes. Like you become a totally different person. Amazing.
I agree with you, Russ. It also makes you look a lot younger.
I’ve already made the decision to get ripped once and for all, but this added to the fire under my ass.
Would you say a lean face has more influence over how people perceive you than height? As a guy with a thoroughly unremarkable height (pretty much exactly average), I sure hope so.
Couldn’t say for sure. I’ve always been tall.
Eli,
I’m below average height (by US standards) and I been both chubby and lean before. I could relate to this.
If you are of average height (178 cm for USA. Average varies with other countries), then being lean would definitely influences how people perceive you.
When you are leaner with jawline showing, you can definitely feel it with how people see you. You feel more agile and less tired.
As Chris at GLL always says, maximize your looks. Victor’s spot on with this post, if you lean out your face, your cheekbones/jawline will become more prominent, your face will become angular, and you’ll look far more handsome than the average guy. On top of that, keep your physique in check. And if you’re average height (5’9-5’10), you can just get a pair of lifts and you’ll be 5’11-6′, a perfectly respectable male height. Seeing as the average male these days looks like dogshit, if you do all that you’ll look better than 80% men bro, easily.
Is being tall an advantage? Absolutely. Women love tall men, no two ways around it. But you can’t change it, so why bother worrying about it? Just make the best of what you were given, have rock-solid confidence, and you’ll do great in life (not just with respect to women, but in all areas).
Yep, I’m 5’9.5″. I was actually asking mostly from a standpoint of being taken seriously in negotiations and the like. Being perceived better by women is a secondary bonus, although admittedly, I didn’t even think about my height for a second until a recent insulting comment from one.
A pair of lifts or elevator shoes is on my shopping list. However, it seems like it might backfire in a situation where shoes get taken off. What has your experience been?
I am 5’3, will the jawline thing still make a difference ?
”Both photographs are of the same man, me, and I want from chunk to hunk with no surgery, no make-up, no nothing.”
WENT from chunk to hunk?
Thanks!
Good stuff Victor. I have a naturally spherical skull which doesn’t help. How long would you say it takes to develop the jawline following the diet and supplement routine?
Just depends on your starting bodyfat level. Different for everyone.
Victor, do you study copywriting?
This article is a well-written sales latter. Great.
Write the problem.
Show them how bad it is.
Provide a solution with your product.
Proof-testimonials(your pictures)
This is a business my friend. If you don’t study you don’t learn. ABS: Always Be Studying.
“Dandelion root gives you temporary resutls only, but the resutls can be very good.” (typo -> results)
Anyways,
On your fifth picture (passport style picture with black t-shirt) to the left, with the label ‘ Normal Slim Face’, you said “In the left photograph I’m not incredibly lean but I’m not bloated.”
Can that double chin be eliminated with dandelion roots only? Or would you recommend using both dandelion roots after using Red Supplement?
“Dandelion root gives you temporary resutls only, but the resutls can be very good.” (typo –> results)”
Thanks!
“Can that double chin be eliminated with dandelion roots only? Or would you recommend using both dandelion roots after using Red Supplement?”
Diet is #1. Dandelion root will only help when you are ALREADY lean so dandelion root will not get you there. If you are already lean, and have a bit of a double chin still, Dandelion root will help BIG TIME.
Excellent article Mr. Pride. Very good tips.
I haven’t been very serious about working out these last few years and getting up to tip-top PEAK SHAPE”.
Thanks for sharing such practical, realistic tips and advice to get things started…
Just a random silly thought I had: I remember hearing how women “chewing gum” too hard would make their jaw muscles develop into a “man jaw” which isn’t particularly “physically attractive” on a feminine woman; though could the opposite be good for men?
Say, does chewing gum or doing some kind of exercise strengthening the jaw muscles of a man’s mouth be beneficial for “shaping up” his jawline and making his face look and be more strong, masculine and “sculpted”? I would think it does. Whenever I was chewing good or flexing the mouth muscles of my jaws I could feel the pressure “tightening up” my face.
Anyways, great words of counsel. Amen.
~ Sincerely,
Bro. Jed
Dear ,
The steak and egg diet , it’s enough for fat loosing ?. If I steak with it exclusively
Yes.
Awesome article Victor! The fact Chris and yourself have started a supplement company that works is one of the smartest ideas I’ve seen in my rather young life. You saw a market that needed what you and Chris could deliver, and deliver you guys did.
Quick Question: Regarding The Zero Carb diet, is it possible to combine meals and make them IF style? When you are always in a hustle and bustle environment, it doesn’t pay to stop and eat every two hours. What does your experience with IF and zero carbs tell you about this?
Personally I find it easier to IF on a low carb diet because you’re energy is more steady, you don’t have the blood sugar spikes that make you want to eat sugar every 2-3 hours.
Would it be fine to combine the low carb diet with intermitent fasting?
Yes.
Hey Vince,
Amazing article as always. The other day I went out on the river and I took some pictures and I realized just how bloated and fat I had gotten. Time to change things. This gave me a kick in the ass.
P.S. Because I know you’re a perfectionist-
On your fat loss article you have a typo:
‘you’re be in a calorie deficit’
Thanks Stephen
Can I drink carbonated (sparkling) water instead of regular water?
I really don’t like the taste of regular water…
If you can stand to burp that much go for it.
Great copy as usual.
yoo your face is funn way, can t be more truey as fuck xd. epic article by the way, can t be more true
this comment make no sense just ignore it, have a nice day
“Do you know what the great thing about fat is? Fat can go away”
lol, good writing Vic, been reading your stuff for awhile now and never actually commented before. keep up the good work sir.
Spot on man, but I find that I need those periods of high carbs to sustain high training volume over long periods of time.
It’s great when I get to cut down, but I’m no stranger to paying my dues and putting up with holding some water and carbs to keep progressing at a solid pace instead of panic dieting.
High carbs are needed for training, 100%.
Great article, Victor. I also find that mastic gum works - I wrote an article about it, but don’t want to post it here out of respect for you.
It’s some sap from Greece that’s ridiculously difficult to chew (your jaw muscles start hurting after like 30 seconds). It worked for me, but I think it’ll only add definition if you’re already lean. Either way, great advice - I hope to get down to 5% BF within the next 2 weeks.
Currently on a test e cycle, but can’t wait to give ostarine a try after some PCT and a few months.
All the best,
-Jon
“So be safe and drink enough water and use only the recommended about of Dandelion Root. ”
*amount
Great article as always Victor will defiantly start implementing the low carb diet.
Thanks Jason
I have three questions.
1. Do you deliver red supplements to Pakistan?
2. In the Zero Carbohydrate Diet, low fat mozzarella cheese is a big part. isn’t it processed, hence not so good for you?
3. Why specifically low fat mozzarella cheese and ideally which brand?
Optimal bodyfat level is something I’ve been thinking about recently.
Being shorter (5’7) means when I get to low bodyfat I disappear. Especially since I live in a colder country so I’m not wearing t-shirts/vests etc. many months a year.
I know Chris (GLL) and Vic advise staying lean, but I suspect that for shorter guys it’s better being a little softer round the edges, providing you have some muscle, so you at least look strong, even if you don’t look tall. Like Mike says, size is status (refer to Danger and Play - “Going from fit to big”). If you don’t have height, you gotta have muscle.
Just to be clear, I don’t mean get fat, more like 12-14%
This winter I went from shredded to bulky but softer and my girlfriend definitely prefers the bigger version.
Would be interested to hear anyone else’s thoughts on how height influences this.
Thank u
I just read the Zero Carbs diet and there are a cup of green veggies in there, this cup will add carbs to the diet right?
I mean if its Zero Carb im a little confused, I read that -50 grams of carbs a day its acceptable tough (keto).
I’m asking btw, great article Victor!
Good information re being low body fat and attractiveness. But its a shame you are pushing completely average supplements. Far cheaper for your readers to just purchase caffeine pills or drink coffee. Better yet - don’t consume caffeine.
For us older guys 45+, combining a strict LCHF, moderate-high protein diet + consistent resistance training works even better for blasting bodyfat when combined with HGH/peptides and, if needed, testosterone replacement. Hormone optimization is even more powerful than diet or training alone, especially when the two moist important ones for fat-burning (T and GH) start to drop significantly after you hot 40.
Keep a short haircut. A 0 or 1 fade on the sides of your head will show extra facial definition. I’ve seen overweight guys who look much slimmer with a short haircut and guys like myself who are already lean and athletic, look even more defined. The cranial muscles, bone strucutre and veins protrude with a short haircut.
Correct, short hair makes a HUGE difference in face slimming.
I am older i use intermittent fasting but i wanna try this at 44 i want to get my chiseled face again, so far 30 pounds gone but at least 20 more to go i cannot take any fat burners i lose hair on this but diet is good.
Love this article mate. Love the straight to the point no bullshit approach. I’m a slim guy with a fat Face and I’ve always wanted to loose weight of my face. When ever I’ve spoke to people about it they look at me like its bollocks and proceed to tell me it will not make a difference to the way I look, so was really good to read something I totally agree with. Wondered if view dropped you a quick line if you’d give me some extra advice.
Thanks for sharing mate! I think cold shower’s could also be very beneficial in this situation, especially with the fat burning, what’d you think?
Any other besides Red Burner you can Recommend as I am unable to have caffeine!
Dayumm you became so fine! I agree that facial features become hidden with fat. I admire your success. Thanks for the tips by the way;)
I’m don’t have any kind of fat in my body.. Then also my jawline is not so muscular…
What should I do??
Sorry I’m kinda late to this. How would you recommend using or taking the dandelion root? That was the only bit that evaded me.
look up “mewing”
