Friends,
Here at the premises we do not post many Sunday articles, but today we will share a few special things with you. Today’s topics are random, they have no rhyme or reason, but they seem like a lot of fun.
Barber Shops
I have made a giant mistake for 30 years. I have been getting my haircut at a salon. Because salons always do such a poor job cutting my hair I have advocated cutting your own hair. Normally I would shave off my hair and be done with it. Recently, I have been inspired by Admiral Cod to keep my hair high and tight.
To go get my high and tight haircut I pulled up at the local salon. While the lady was cutting my hair she shared some fascinating information with me that I never knew before. As it turns out there are two types of hair-cutting schools: Barber school and Cosmetology school. Barbers learn how to cut men’s hair and they learn how to use clippers. At cosmetology school they do not learn to cut men’s hair and they do not learn to use hair-clippers. No wonder they always do such a terrible job! They never learned how to do it.
Two weeks after getting my first high and tight I needed to get it cut again so this time, you guessed it, I found myself a barber. And boys, let me tell you, it makes all the difference in the world. Visiting the barber I received the tightest and best haircut of my life. As I was finishing up the cut an older gentleman came in and shared stories of his time in the Marines. Never again will I get my hair cut at a salon. I will go to a barber or I will cut it myself. It is a waste of money to go to a salon and get an inferior haircut. The only reason to go to a salon is if you are getting one of those fruity haircuts that all the kids are getting.
When I was a kid my dad would only take me to a barber, and I would get mad because they cut it so short. The irony.
To find a barber shop look for the red and white Barber’s pole.

Pro Hormones
Some of the side effects of taking Pro Hormones include:
- Getting jacked
- Insane thirst
- Insane hunger
- Pumps and cramps out of the blue
The thirst is unreal, I can’t seem to drink enough water. When bodybuilders tell you, in magazines, that you need a gallon of water a day they aren’t bullshitting. No one needs a gallon of water a day, but with all the hormones they are on they are so thirsty they can’t help but drink like a camel. A regular person does not need so much water, but someone on so many hormones does.
The pumps and cramps just come right out of the blue. I was walking downtown the other (and I do walk with a purpose) and right out of the blue my leg starting cramping so bad I started walking like a black guy. My arms and abdominals also pump and cramp out of the blue.
There is a pro-hormone called Beastdrol which I like very much. It is made especially for MrSupps but you can always Google to find a better price.
To-Do List
I have been using note-cards to jot down my daily to-do list. I use one per day. In the past I would use the notepad program available on any PC, then more recently I switched to using physical notebooks. After a while my notebooks start to resemble the notebooks in that movie Se7en so I have started using note-cards.

The notecards are a nice change of pace and they are small, neat and tidy. They can be purchased from any corner store or grocery store for a mere $2-$4.

Here are some links to some highly educational and compelling articles.
- How to Crash a Party - By Neville’s Financial Blog.
One of the best blog articles I have ever read. Highly intriguing and informative. Learn how to crash big-time, high society parties.
- TropicalMBA.com - By Dan Andrews
If I was a younger man I would probably try and hook up with these guys in Indonesia. Some very smart and cool stuff about starting and running businesses abroad.
This is a guest post I wrote for In Mala Fide.
Books
- Ghost in the Wires: My Adventures as the World’s Most Wanted Hacker
by Kevin Mitnick.
A fascinating look at social engineer and super-hacker Kevin Mitnick. This is not a nerd-fantasy, it is a highly intriguing and compelling book which I cannot recommend enough. I find social engineering (the art of getting people to give you private information) fascinating. The ability to talk yourself into or out of any situation makes for excellent entertainment.
- CA$HVERTISING: How to Use More than 100 Secrets of Ad-Agency Psychology to Make Big Money Selling Anything to Anyone
by Drew Eric Whitman.
A real asshole part about going into business for yourself is that you must advertise and you must do it well. Marketing knowledge is a must; to be able to pull in dollars and cents on your own you have to have a grasp of it. And when it comes to going out on your own or taking orders from someone else (someone who can fire you whenever they way) well, baby, that ain’t no choice at all. Therefore, a grasp of advertising and human psychology is a must learn.
- Worthless: The Indispensable Guide to Choosing the Right Major
- By Aaron Clarey.
This book is a must read for any of the younger guys (high school and college) who would like to not have wasted their youth on dumb, ridiculous and WORTHLESS majors that won’t get you work. I actually met the author of this book the other day. We had a few beers and bullshitted for a little while. He’s got a blog called Captain Capitalism.

Stay tuned because I have some very good stuff coming out very, very soon.

PS - I will post a motherfucking killer of a Monday article. You have my word.
OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

Hey Victor: what’s a good testosterone supplement to take if one wanted to maintain high testosterone levels, but did not want to go on a hardcore bodybuilding pro-hormone cycle?
Eat your steaks, eggs, butter, raw milk if you can get it and take Universal Uni-Liver Tablets
. These aren’t for your liver, they are dried and desiccated beef liver from Argentina. They are good stuff, all natural.
Thanks, I’ll definitely give them a shot.
Hey Victor. Another good post, agree with all of that except for the pro-hormone stuff which I can’t comment on because I have absolutely no clue about it. Where’s the best place to find information or would you be interested in writing a guide to pro hormones on this site? Thanks
“would you be interested in writing a guide to pro hormones on this site?”
